This limited-edition Kona coffee was produced by the natural dry method. This dry-process coffee is unusually balanced, sweet, and free of the often wild, slightly fermented fruity character of the type.

Assessed by "The Coffee Review's" Ken Davids as having an almost candyish sweetness, with a continuing hint of chocolate and a subtle but unusual herbal/floral note that hovers somewhere between lavender and mint. The lavender and cocoa notes persist in the finish, complicating a very slight astringency in the long.
