
We have a farm in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. The farm produces many exotic fruits such as papayas, cheramoya, lychee, mango, and macadamia nuts, but we take the most pride in our Kona coffee. We have sun in the morning and clouds and light rain in the afternoon - the best conditions for coffee growing. The volcanic soil on the slopes of Mauna Loa give this fine Arabica coffee its distinctive character.
For the last 21 years, we have been using natural farming methods which have greatly enhanced the health of our trees and the quality and flavor of the coffee. We compost and mulch all green waste. We use glacier dust, which adds trace minerals to the soil and humic acid, which makes the minerals accessible to the plant roots. These and other elements of our complete soil remineralization program have added extra richness to our estate Kona coffee.
The coffee is grown in paradise, custom roasted farm fresh and our customers rave about it! This estate coffee is not a blend; it is our own 100% pure Kona coffee. Available in our fragrant Viennese roast, or the fuller bodied dark French roast, it makes a wonderful gift and fine cup for yourself and your guest.
